SIZING

Please make sure to measure your finger properly before buying a ring, as I cannot be held responsible for incorrect sizing.

I suggest you buy a ring sizer to be precise (link here). Rings cannot be resized once created.

The resizing process runs a high risk of damaging stones, which are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced.

 

JEWELRY CARE

I create delicate and intricate handmade jewelry that requires special care to maintain its beauty. Here are some guidelines to ensure your jewelry remains in excellent condition:

Wear with Caution: While I know we all love the idea of living in our jewelry at all times, please note that constant wear and tear will have an affect on your pieces. The small details, patinas, chains, and stones I use are delicate, so handle them with care.

Moisture Matters: To prevent tarnishing and dullness, it's best to avoid showering, swimming in pools or hot tubs, and exposing your jewelry to hot springs. Additionally, refrain from applying lotions and perfumes directly onto your jewelry. Apply them first and allow them to dry before adorning yourself with my pieces.

This applies to all gemstones, but some attention should be given to the delicate gemstones that I typically work with:

Opals: they can be sensitive to water and prolonged exposure to moisture. While some opals may withstand *occasional* contact with water without issues, others may become cloudy or lose their luster over time. It is generally recommended to avoid exposing opals to excessive moisture, including swimming, showering, or submerging them in water.

Turquoise: she is a porous gemstone that can be sensitive to water and moisture. While some turquoise may withstand occasional contact with water without any significant damage, prolonged exposure to water can potentially cause discoloration, fading, or even structural changes in the stone.

Storage Secrets: Air exposure can cause silver jewelry to tarnish. If you don't store them in air-tight bags, occasional cleaning may be required. Avoid storing your jewelry in the bathroom, as humidity can accelerate tarnishing. When traveling, keep in mind that silver is a softer metal and can be scratched if not stored carefully.

Break Time: Give your jewelry a break during certain activities. Take it off when you're tackling household chores with cleaning supplies, engaging in intense workouts that make you sweat, or enjoying a relaxing bath or swim. Keep it safe from sulfur-rich foods like eggs and mayo too! And remember, when you're getting ready, give your jewelry some time off while you apply lotions, makeup, or hair products.

Cleaning Your Jewelry: Each piece will come with a sunshine polishing cloth, specially designed to polish silver. Take care to avoid contact with stones and intentionally oxidized areas, as the cloth may affect their appearance.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Time Frame
: Once you place your order, "Ready to Ship" pieces will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Your jewelry will be carefully packaged and sent to you using USPS. I'm a one-woman-show and I handcraft each piece and personally pack every order, so it may take a minute to process and ship orders, especially during busy periods. That is why I kindly request 3 full business days for processing although I usually strive to be faster. 

Custom orders and "Made to Order" pieces may vary in turnaround time, with an average of two weeks. I appreciate your patience. Rest assured, I pour my heart and craftsmanship into each piece to ensure it's worth the wait.

Lost or Stolen Packages: I utilize USPS for shipping. Once your order is shipped, it is no longer within my control. While I take most care in packaging, I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you encounter such an issue, I recommend contacting your local Post Office for further assistance.

Tracking Activation: Upon printing your shipping label, an email containing your tracking information will be sent to you promptly. Please allow approximately 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active. Once active, it will provide accurate updates on the package's journey.

International Shipping: All international customers are responsible to pay any customs or taxes that your country requires. My prices do not include any applicable taxes, customs duties, or shipping charges, unless stated otherwise.
Once your order is shipped, it is no longer within my control. If your package is lost or stolen then you are free to open up a claim with USPS.

RETURNS

As a handmade jewelry business, I operate under a strict policy of no returns. All my sales are final. However, I understand that there may be certain situations that require special consideration. If your item arrives damaged or if there is a unique circumstance, please contact me within 3 days after receiving your order. In case I need to repair a damaged item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be returned in the same condition it arrived. No refunds for lost or stolen packages.

Exchanges: I gladly offer exchanges if you have had a change of heart regarding your purchase or if the item was a gift and the recipient desires something different. To initiate the exchange process, please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item. The most efficient way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the original purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

* Please note that the returned item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, and in the original packaging. Once I receive and inspect your return, I will promptly notify you of the status. As refunds are not offered, a credit for the amount spent will be provided once your return is approved.
