My new favorite! I found these incredible Opalized Wood from one of my favorite lapidarists at the gem show. The colors and quality on these stones is so special and beautiful, I really can't stop staring at them! Don't they look like a photo of the beach? I totally can see the ocean, the sand and the sky on them. They're magic.
Petrified Wood with Blue Opal and Native Copper is decomposed wood replaced by opaline silica over thousands of years.
Entirely hand made from sterling silver by me. Earrings weight about 8g each and are 2" long.
